Application Installers

Designed for Active Traders, offering fast, reliable, and comprehensive market data, there are Two Ways to Access the streamer. The Desktop and Web Start Installers are available for download from your account's website.

Desktop Installer

Download and install the full application framework. The Desktop version will automatically install an icon on your computer. The Desktop Installer does not require Java software, but the streamer will only be updated twice yearly with enhancements using this installation (every January and July).

• Updated with feature enhancements only twice per year. An update prompt will be presented when a new version is available.

Web Start Installer

Access the streamer without installing the program. Simply download the JNLP file once, place it on your desktop and click on the file to open the streamer. Web Start allows for regular enhancement updates but does require the user to have the latest version of Java installed.
